强化免疫检验质量管理对临床免疫检验准确性的影响

The effect of enhanced immunological examination quality management on the accuracy of clinical immunological examination

目的 强化免疫检验质量管理对临床免疫检验准确性的影响.方法 选择我院于2017.4月-2017.9月间收集的158份血清样本,按照随机数字表法将其划分为2组,包括观察组79份与对照组79份,评价两组血清样本乙肝四类免疫检验准确率、血清样本变异指数.结果 强化管理后观察组血清样本进行乙肝四类免疫检验结果发现,HbsAg、HbsAb、HbeAg、HbcAb准确率均高于对照组,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组血清样本甲状腺功能检测、甲胎蛋白、胰岛素、胰岛素抗体指数均低于对照组,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 强化免疫检验质量管理可提高临床免疫检验样本准确率,降低血清样本变异指数.

Objective The effect of enhanced immunological examination quality management on the accuracy of clinical immunological examination.Method A total of 158 serum samples collected in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2014 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group(79 samples respectively)according to the random number table method,To evaluate the accuracy rate of hepatitis b test and the index of serum variation.Result The diagnostic rate of the observation group was 58.73%,the rate of missed diagnosis was 33.33%,the rate of the control group was 51.61%,27.41%,and there was no difference(P>0.05).The misdiagnosis rate in the observation group was 7.94%,which was significantly lower than 20.97%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhanced immunological test quality management can improve the accuracy of clinical immunological test samples and reduce the serumvariance index.
