护理干预对胃癌手术患者麻醉恢复期的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on anesthesia recovery period in patients with gastric cancer.

目的 探讨护理干预对胃癌手术患者麻醉恢复期的影响.方法 选取2016年1月-2017年12月我院收治胃癌患者128例,随机分为两组.对照组运用常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理干预基础上运用针对性护理干预,术后比较两组患者的并发症发生情况,以及护理满意度.结果 研究组患者的术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组护理满意度好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 将针对性护理干预运用到胃癌手术患者麻醉恢复期当中,可有效降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广使用.

Objective to explore the effect of nursing intervention on the recovery period of patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery.Methods 128 patients with gastric cancer were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017,and were randomly divided into two groups.In the control group,routine nursing intervention was used,and the research group applied targeted nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention,and compared the complications of the two groups after the operation,and the nursing satisfaction.Results the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of targeted nursing intervention in patients with gastric cancer can reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
