皮肤科护理中护理路径管理模式的应用效果探究

目的 探讨临床护理路径(clinical nursing path,CNP)管理模式在皮肤科护理中的应用效果.方法 采用回顾性分析法,选取2017年5月~2018年6月在我院接受治疗的120例皮肤病患者的临床资料进行分析.按照护理方法 的不同将患者分为两组,观察组(60例)和对照组(60例).给予对照组常规护理,观察组采用护理路径管理模式实施辅助护理.比较两组患者护理质量和护理满意度.结果 观察组一级护理质量评分、基础护理质量评分以及病房护理质量评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义;观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义.结论 CNP管理模式应用于皮肤科护理中能够有效提高护理提质量,促进患者满意度的提高,是目前临床上一种高质量护理管理模式.

Objective To explore clinical nursing path(CNP)management mode in the application of skin care effect.Methods A retrospective analysis,selection of March 2015-April 2016 in our hospital for treatment of the clinical data of 120 patients with skin diseases were analyzed.According to the different nursing method divided the patients into two groups:observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).Give control group routine nursing,the observation group nursing path auxiliary nursing management model.Compare two groups of patients with nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.Results The observation group level nursing quality grade,basic nursing quality and nursing quality in wards score significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05,there was statistical significance;Patient care satisfaction observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,P<0.05,there was statistical significance.Conclusion Group management model applied to the skin care can effectively enhance the nursing quality,promote the improvement of patient satisfaction,is a kind of high quality clinical nursing management mode.
