阿托伐他汀钙同氨氯地平对冠心病合并高血压的临床治疗效果观察

Clinical Observation of Atorvastatin Calcium and Amlodipine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Hypertension

目的 观察分析阿托伐他汀钙同氨氯地平对冠心病合并高血压患者的临床治疗效果.方法 选取2015年8月~2016年12月本院收治的100例冠心病合并高血压患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组患者使用阿托伐他汀钙片对冠心病合并高血压患者进行治疗,对观察组患者使用阿托伐他汀钙片联合氨氯地平,观察两组患者在治疗前后的心电图变化.结果 治疗的疗程结束后,观察组的心电图中出现好转迹象的总有效率为92.00%;对照组的心电图出现好转迹象的总有效率为80.00%.观察组在这两项数据上明显优于对照组,且数据具有统计学意义.结论 在治疗冠心病合并高血压中应用阿托伐他汀钙同氨氯地平效果明显,可以进行推广使用.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium and amlodipine on patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Methods From August 2015 to December 2016,100 cases of CHD with hypertension in our hospital were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group 50 cases and control group 50 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Patients in the observation group were given atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with amlodipine to observe changes of electrocardiogram before and after treatment in both groups.Results After the end of treatment,the total effective rate of the electrocardiogram in the observation group showed signs of improvement was 92.00%;the control group's electrocardiogram showed signs of improvement in the total efficiency of 80.00%.The observation group in these two data was significantly better than the control group,and the data were statistically significant.Conclusion The application of atorvastatin calcium with amlodipine in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension has obvious effect and can be used widely.
