GnRH-a联合曼月乐环保守治疗子宫腺肌病的临床观察

GnRH-a Combined with Mirena Loop Protection in the Treatment of Adenomyosis

目的 探讨促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)联合曼月乐环保守治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效.方法 选取2014年10月~2016年10月在我院门诊治疗的56例子宫腺肌病患者,给予GnRH-a联合曼月乐环治疗.观察患者治疗前、治疗后3月,6月,9月,12月的子宫大小、痛经及月经量情况.结果 治疗后子宫体积明显较治疗前缩小(P<0.05),治疗后痛经较治疗前明显减轻(P<0.05),月经量明显减少(P<0.05).结论 GnRH-a联合曼月乐环保守治疗子宫腺肌病疗效确切,能够有效缓解临床症状,减轻患者痛苦,避免切除子宫,有效提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of(GnRH-a)in combination with Mirena's conservative treatment of adenomyosis.Methods 56 patients with adenomyosis treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were treated with GnRH-a combined with Mirena.Observe the patient before treatment,3 months after treatment,6 months,9 months,12 months of uterine size,dysmenorrhea and menstrual flow situation.Results After treatment,uterine volume was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and dysmenorrhea was significantly reduced(P<0.05)and the amount of menstruation was significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion GnRH-a combined with Mirena loop conservation treatment of adenomyosis exact effect,can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce patient suffering,to avoid the removal of the uterus,effectively improve the quality of life of patients,it is worth clinical promotion.
