两种入路治疗C型肱骨髁间骨折的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Two Kinds of Approaches in Treatment of Type C Humeral Intercondylar Fracture

目的 比较经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路和经肱三头肌舌形瓣入路手术治疗C型肱骨髁间骨折的疗效.方法 将50例患者随机分成两组,经尺骨鹰嘴截骨术组24例,经肱三头肌舌形瓣术组26例.结果 48例患者随访6~19个月,平均12.8个月,骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间5.6个月.经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路术后优良率达91.30%,经肱三头肌舌形瓣入路手术优良率68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路手术治疗C型肱骨髁间骨折的疗效明显优于经肱三头肌舌形瓣人路.

Objective To compare the curative effect of type C humerus intercondylar fracture treated with olecranon osteotomy and trochanter tongue flap surgery.Methods 50 patients were randomly divided into two groups.24 patients underwent olecranon osteotomy and 26 patients underwent triceps brachii tongue flap surgery.Results 48 patients were followed up for 6 to 19 months with an average of 12.8 months.The fractures healed all with an average healing time of 5.6 months.The excellent and good rate was 91.30%after the olecranon osteotomy,and the excellent and good rate was 68.00%through triceps brachii flap flap approach,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical treatment of type C humeral intercondylar fractures through the olecranon osteotomy approach is superior to triceps brachii tongue flap.
