冠心病患者血液检验的相关指标检测

Detection of Related Indicators of Blood Test in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的 冠心病患者的血液检验相关指标情况分析.方法 在2015年5月~2017年5月我院心内科收治的冠心病患者中抽出100例进行检验研究,其中有50例为心绞痛患者(研究组),50例为急性心梗患者(观察组),同时选择50例健康人员(健康组)作为对比,对三组人员进行血液检验,观察检验指标情况.结果 健康组人员的RDW水平值为(12.98±0.51)%,研究组为(13.68±0.55)%,观察组为(14.25±0.65)%.研究组、观察组患者RDW水平值比健康组高,结果数据存在差异性.但血小板参数三组并没有明显的比较差异.观察组患者的cTnI、CK-MB水平值比研究组患者、健康组人员都高,结果数据存在差异性.结论RDW指标能够有效鉴别冠心病,cTnI指标能够作为评定心肌损伤的主要指标.

Objective To analyze the blood test related indexes in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods From May 2015 to May 2017,100 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from our department of cardiology were enrolled in the study.Among them,50 were angina patients(study group)and 50 were acute myocardial infarction patients(observation group).At the same time,50 healthy people(healthy group)were selected as the contrast,blood test was conducted on the three groups of people to observe the test indicators.Results The RDW level of healthy group was(12.98±0.51)%,that of study group was(13.68±0.55)%,and that of observation group was(14.25±0.65)%.The values of RDW in study group and observation group were higher than those in healthy group,and the data of the results were different.However,there was no significant difference between the three platelet parameters.Patients in the observation group had higher cTnI and CK-MB levels than those in the study group and the healthy group,and the data of the results were different.Conclusion The RDW index can effectively identify coronary heart disease.The cTnI index can be used as the main index to evaluate myocardial injury.
