Optimize Admission Nursing Process to Promote Quality Nursing Services

摘要 目的 改进患者入院护理流程,缩短患者入院等待治疗的时间,提高入院护理质量,提升患者满意度,推进优质护理服务.方法 成立QC小组,运用PDCA循环管理方法,解决患者对入院后等待治疗时间长而不满意的问题.结果 患者入院后等待治疗的时间由平均101.4 min缩短到平均63.92 min,满意度由75.00%提高到100.00%.结论 改进后的入院流程,提高了医护工作效率,优化护理服务质量,提升了患者的满意度,符合优质护理服务理念. Objective To improve the nursing admission process,shorten the waiting time for treatment of patients admitted to hospital admission,improve the quality of care,improve patient satisfaction,promote the quality of nursing service.Methods QC group was established,using PDCA cycle management method,to solve the patient waiting time after admission and are not satisfied with the issue.Results The treatment time for patients after admission shortened by an average of 101.4 min to 63.92 min on average,satisfaction degree increased from 75%to 100%.Conclusion The improved admission process,improve nursing work efficiency,optimize the quality of nursing service,improve patient satisfaction,in line with the concept of quality care.
