腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥离术中不同止血方法对卵巢功能的影响分析

Effect of Different Methods of Hemostasis on Ovarian Function in Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Excision

目的 对腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥离术中不同止血方法对卵巢功能的影响进行分析.方法 将2015年2月~2016年1月接受腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥离术治疗患者48例随机分两组.电凝止血组术中用电凝止血方法处理,缝合止血组用缝合止血方法处理.比较两组患者1年内妊娠率;经期延长、经量过少等并发症发生率;治疗前和治疗后患者血清激素水平的差异.结果 缝合止血组患者1年内妊娠率高于电凝止血组(P<0.05);缝合止血组经期延长、经量过少等并发症发生率低于电凝止血组(P<0.05);治疗前两组血清激素水平比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后缝合止血组血清激素水平优于电凝止血组(P<0.05).结论 腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥离术中缝合止血方法对卵巢功能的影响小,对激素水平影响不大,有利于保护卵巢功能,减少月经紊乱等并发症发生,提高妊娠率.

Objective To analyze the effect of different hemostatic methods on ovarian function in laparoscopic ovarian cyst dissection.Methods From February 2015 to January 2016,48 patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst dissection were randomly divided into two groups.Electric coagulation treatment by electrocoagulation group,treatment group with suture hemostasis hemostasis method.Compared two groups of patients with pregnancy rate within 1 years;prolonged menstruation,menstrual volume less complications;difference of serum hormone levels of patients before and after the treatment.Results The hemostasis group of patients within 1 years of pregnancy the rate is higher than that of the electric coagulation group(P<0.05);Hemostasis group,prolonged menstruation,menstrual volume less complication rate is lower than the electric coagulation group(P<0.05);Before treatment,serum hormone levels between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,hemostasis group,serum hormone level is better than that of the electric coagulation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in suture hemostasis on ovarian function,has little effect on hormone levels,is conducive to the protection of ovarian function,reduce the incidence of menstrual disorders and other complications,improve the pregnancy rate.
