中医辨证治疗小儿肾病综合征的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Treating Infantile Nephrotic Syndrome with TCM Syndrome Differentiation

目的 探讨分析中医辨证治疗小儿肾病综合征30例患儿的临床效果,为患有肾病综合征的患者治疗提供理论指导和科学支持.方法 选取2014年8月~2016年7月在我院接受小儿肾病综合征的患儿60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例.对照组采用常规的治疗模式,实验组给予中医辨证方法进行治疗,记录两组患儿在治疗期间的各种数据,然后对数据进行对比分析观察两组患儿治疗后的效果.结果 两组患儿在经过不同的治疗模式后,实验组的总有效率为96.67%,对照组的总有效率为70.00%,实验组的总有效率明显高于对照组,实验组患儿治疗满意度明显高于对照组,数据差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在临床上对于小儿肾病综合征的患儿,采用中医辨证治疗的治疗方法,对于小儿的肌体免疫力的提高有很好的效果,能有效提高治疗的疗效,减少患者的不良反应的发生,促进患者的恢复,值得在临床上进行推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 30 cases of TCM treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome,to provide theoretical guidance and scientific support for the treatment of patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods 60 cases of children with nephrotic syndrome patients in August 2014~2016 year in July in our hospital,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group while the control group was given routine treatment,patients in the experimental group were given TCM treatment methods,and record all kinds of data of two groups of patients during treatment,and then the data were observed in two groups after treatment effect comparison.Results The patients in the two groups after different treatment mode,the effective rate of the experimental group 96.67%,the control group the total effective rate was 70.00%,total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the experimental group patients satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group,the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinic for children with nephrotic syndrome were treated by TCM treatment,have good effect in children's immunity enhancement,can effectively improve the curative effect,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients,promote the recovery of patients,it is worthy of clinical popularization.
