加减复元活血汤对四肢骨折初期肿胀疼痛的影响观察

To Observe the Effects of Fufang Huoxue Decoction on Swelling and Pain in the Early Stage of Limb Fracture

目的 探究加减复元活血汤对四肢骨折初期肿胀疼痛的影响.方法 在本次研究中选择近三年我院收治的71例四肢骨折患者为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予加减复元活血汤以及甘露醇进行治疗,对患者肿胀疼痛程度进行分析.结果 治疗组和对照组治疗前的VAS疼痛评分无明显变化,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后,治疗组的疼痛评分明显小于对照组,组间数据比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对四肢骨折患者采用加减复元活血汤进行治疗,其优势明显,能减少肿胀现象,缓解患者疼痛感,值得临床推广和应用.

Objective To explore the effect of early swelling pain and Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction on limbs fracture.Methods 71 cases of limbs in our hospital nearly three years in the study of fracture patients as the research object,which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,were treated with modified Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction and mannitol for treatment of patients.Swelling and pain degree were analyzed.Results In the treatment group and control group before treatment VAS pain scores showed no obvious change was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was significantly less than the control group.The data was compared between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with fractures of the limbs using the modified Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction,its advantage is obvious,can reduce swelling,alleviate the pain of patients,is worthy of promotion and application.
