影响肺癌手术住院费用和快速康复的临床因素分析

Clinical Factors Influencing Hospitalization Expenses and Rapid Rehabilitation of Lung Cancer Surgery

目的 探讨影响肺癌手术住院费用和快速康复的临床因素,以期为促进肺癌手术患者的康复提供参考.方法 采取方便抽样法抽取100例于2015年1月~2016年1月来我院治疗的肺癌患者作为研究对象,分析影响肺癌手术住院费用的影响因素及快速康复的影响因素,主要分析的因素包括患者的体重指数、并发症、手术方式及6 min运动距离、体重指数、基础肺功能等因素.结果 体重指数≥24 kg/m2或<18 kg/m2、有并发症、开胸手术方式均会导致肺癌患者住院费用增加;6 min步行距离<425 m、体重指数<24 kg/m2、基础肺功能<80%都会延长患者的康复时间.结论 临床在治疗过程中需结合患者的实际病情,综合考虑影响肺癌手术住院费用和快速康复的临床因素,制定出合理的治疗方案,从而促使患者获得良好的手术效果和经济效益.

Objective To explore the clinical factors affecting hospitalization costs and rapid rehabilitation of lung cancer surgery in order to provide reference for the promotion of lung cancer patients.Methods A total of 100 lung cancer patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were enrolled in this study.The influencing factors of hospitalization costs and the factors affecting rapid rehabilitation were analyzed.The main factors analyzed included the patient's body mass index,complications,surgical methods and 6 min exercise distance,body mass index,basic lung function and other factors.Results BMI≥24 kg/m2 or<18 kg/m2,with complications and thoracotomy results in an increase of hospitalization costs for lung cancer patients;6 min walking distance<425 m,body mass index<24 kg/m2,function<80%will prolong patient's recovery time.Conclusion Clinical treatment should be combined with the actual patient's condition,considering the impact of hospital costs and rapid rehabilitation of lung cancer clinical factors,to develop a reasonable treatment program to promote patients with good surgical results and economic benefits.
