进展期胃癌行根治术与传统治疗后围术期并发症的随机对照实验研究

Randomized Controlled Trial of Perioperative Complications after Radical Resection and Conventional Treatment for Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的 探究进展期胃癌患者通过腹腔镜与开腹根治术治疗后在围手术期并发症方面产生的影响.方法 选取我院收治的进展期胃癌患者60例,随机分为两组各30例.对照组为开腹根治术治疗,观察组为腹腔镜根治术治疗.对术中、术后并发症发生率进行对比分析.结果 术中对照组并发症发生率高于观察组相比无明显差异(P>0.05);术后观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 进展期胃癌患者通过腹腔镜与开腹根治术治疗相比,术中并发症发生率差异不明显.术后腹腔镜治疗后并发症发生率明显低于开腹根治术治疗.

Objective To investigate the impact of perioperative complications in patients with advanced gastric cancer treated by laparoscopy and laparotomy.Methods 60 patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent radical resection,the observation group was treated by laparoscopic radical resection.The intraoperative and postoperative complication rates were analyzed.Results The incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that of the observation group showed no significant difference(P>0.05);the complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with advanced gastric cancer by laparoscopic and open radical resection compared with intraoperative complication rate was not significantly different.After laparoscopic treatment of postoperative complication rate was significantly lower than that of radical open surgery treatment.
