摘要目的:研究地佐辛复合舒芬太尼在老年腹部手术患者术后自控镇痛中的应用效果。方法将90例老年腹部手术患者按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各45例,实验组采用地佐辛复合舒芬太尼镇痛,对照组单纯采用舒芬太尼镇痛。结果实验组的总满意度为93.33%明显优于对照组的64.45%(P<0.05),实验组的 VAS 评分明显低于对照组的 VAS 评分(P<0.05),实验组不良反应率为6.67%低于对照组33.33%(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛复合舒芬太尼在老年腹部手术患者术后自控镇痛中效果显著。
