调节训练联合综合疗法治疗儿童高度远视性弱视的临床观察

Adjusting Training Joint Integrated Treatment in Children High Hyperopia Amblyopia Clinical Observation

目的:探讨调节训练联合综合疗法治疗儿童高度远视性弱视的临床疗效。方法选取2014年2月~2016年2月在我院进行治疗的高度远视性弱视儿童90例,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,观察组采用调节训练联合综合疗法进行治疗,对照组采取常规综合疗法,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的视力明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,观察组患儿的基本治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿的屈光度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调节训练联合综合疗法治疗儿童高度远视性弱视能够有效降低远视屈光度,提高治愈率,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of adjusting training combined with comprehensive treatment in children high hyperopia amblyopia.Methods February 2014~2016 in February hospital for treatment of high hyperopia amblyopia 90 children were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 45 patients in the observation group regulate the use of joint training combination therapy treatment,the control group take conventional combination therapy,compared to the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,children with visual observation group than the control group(P<0.05),after treatment,the cure rate of children basic observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05),the observation group was significantly diopters in children than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adjusting Training Joint Integrated treatment in children high hyperopia amblyopia can effectively reduce the hyperopic refractive error,improve the cure rate,worthy of promotion.
