心电图PTF-V1阳性与血浆BNP关系研究

Study on the Relationship between BNP Positive and Plasma PTF-V1 in ECG

目的:探讨心电图PTF-V1阳性与血浆BNP关系。方法依据心电图PTFV1分为三组:A组-0.06 mms<PTF-V1≤-0.04 mms,B组-0.08 mms<PTF-V1≤-0.06 mms,C组PTF-V1≤-0.08 mms每组40例;三组患者均进行血尿常规、血凝常规、肝肾功能、电解质、血糖、CK-MB、肌钙蛋白、脑钠肽(BNP)、甲状腺功能、心脏彩超[左室舒张末期径(LVDd)、左心室收缩末期径(LVSD)左房内径(LAD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]、胸片、心电图等检查。应用SPSS 10.0软件进行数据处理,所有计量资料以均数±标准差(x±s)表示,组间比较采用成组设计的t检验,以P<0.05为有显著性差异。结果 B、C两组(PTF-V1阳性)血浆BNP水平明显高于A组,同时B、C组左房内径、左室舒张末期径、左室收缩末期径与BNP正相关;与LVEF、E/A负相关。结论随着心电图PTF-V1绝对值的增大,患者血浆BNP亦随之增高,提示存在隐性心功能不全可能性加大。

Objective To investigate the association between PTF-V1 of Electrocardiogram and blood BNP.Methods All objects were assigned into three groups:group A,which with that-0.06mms<PTF-V1≤-0.04mms,group B,which with that-0.08mms<PTF-V1≤-0.06mms,group C,which with that PTF-V1≤-0.08mms.Every group has 40 individuals.All objects examined follow subjects:Blood and urea regular examination,Blood coagulation routine,Liver and kidney function,Blood electrolyte,Blood glucose,CKMB,CTnI,BNP,Thyroid function,Cardiac color ultrasound examination[Left ventricular end diastolic diameter,Left ventricular end systolic diameter,Left atrial diameter,Left ventricular ejection fraction],Chest radiograph,Electrocardiogram etc.All data was analyzed with SPSS 10.0 software.Measurement data expressed as mean standard deviation(×±s),group comparison adopted the method of T test of group design,P<0.05 as the standard for statistical significance.Results BNP of group B and C was significantly higher than group A,and meantime the Left ventricular end diastolic diameter,Left ventricular end systolic diameter,Left atrial diameter of group B and C had a positive correlation with BNP and negative correlated with Left ventricular ejection fraction and E/A.Conclusion With the increase of the absolute value of ECG PTF-V1,patients with plasma BNP also increased,suggesting the possibility of the existence of hidden heart function is not full.
