综合治疗机在产后乳房护理中的观察

Comprehensive Therapy Apparatus in the Observation of Postpartum Breast Nursing

目的:探讨产科综合治疗机在减轻产后乳房胀痛,促进乳汁分泌中的应用效果。方法选择经阴道分娩和在腰一硬联合麻醉下行剖宫产术分娩的初产妇60例,两组均按优质护理要求进行母乳喂养宣教及技术指导,实验组使用综合治疗机进行护理。比较两组产后第3d全母乳喂养情况,产后第3d乳房胀痛情况。结果实验组与对照组比较泌乳提前,乳量充足,乳房胀痛减轻,差异有统计学意义。结论产科综合治疗机用于产后乳房护理可促进泌乳分泌,减少产后乳房胀痛。

Objective We investigate the application effect of obstetric comprehensive treatment machine in reducing postpartum breast pain and promoting milk secretion.Methods We select 60 cases of primipara through vaginal delivery and 60 cases of primipara through cesarean section by combined spinal epidural anaesthesia,execute the propaganda and education of breast feeding and technical guidance to two groups according to the quality of nursing care requirements,use the comprehensive treatment for nursing on the experimental group.compare whole breast feeding on postnatal day third and the day of discharge,and pain situation of breast on postnatal day third between two groups.Results Maternals of the experimental group can galactopoiesis in advance,produce enough breast milk,reduce the incidence of breast pain.Conclusion Using comprehensive treatment machine can promote breast milk secretion,prevent breast pain after delivery.
