一般研究认为急性心肌梗塞心肺复苏是溶栓治疗的禁忌症,它可能存在致命性出血情况,因此对心肺复苏后采用溶栓治疗没有得到广泛性认同,当前临床研究也只是少数在心肺复苏后进行溶栓治疗,多数情况下是肺栓塞相关。从临床研究看,多数出血等并发症是因为长期溶栓治疗的原因(>24 h),高剂量短期进行溶栓治疗出血概率很小。
