倒立悬吊牵引下配合正骨手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Inverted Suspension Traction with Massage Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出患者采用在倒立悬吊牵引下行正骨手法治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年1月~2016年2月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者24例,将其作为研究对象,回顾性分析临床资料。所有患者均给予倒立悬吊牵引下配合正骨手法治疗方法。结果经过治疗,本研究24例患者,有2例无效患者,其无效率为8.33%,有10例显效患者,其显效率为41.67%,有12例有效患者,其有效率为50.00%,本研究的治疗患者总有效率为91.67%。治疗期间患者无不良反应发生,定期随访观察无病例复发。结论选择倒立悬吊牵引下配合正骨手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症起效快、疗效好、疗程短、操作易掌握、安全无创、费用低廉。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of inverted suspension traction and bone-setting massage in protusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods The data about 24 cases with protusion of lumbar intervertebral treated from January 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were retrospectively reviewed.All patients were given with inverted suspension traction and bone-setting massage.Results After treatment,there were 2 invalid cases;the ineffective rate was 8.33%;there were 10 excellent cases;the markedly effective rate was 41.67%;there were 12 valid cases;the ineffective rate was 50.00%.The total effective rate was 91.67%.During treatment,there were no adverse reactions and recurrent cases at regular intervals.Conclusion For patients with protusion of lumbar intervertebral disc,the inverted suspension traction and bone-setting massage is featured as rapid onset,high effect,short course of treatment,easy management,safety and no-invasive operation and low cost.
