院前急救对支气管哮喘急性发作患者抢救的临床价值观察

Clinical Value of Pre-hospital Emergency Treatment for Patients with Acute Episode of Bronchial Asthma

目的:探讨院前急救对支气管哮喘急性发作患者抢救的临床应用价值。方法选取2014年2月~2016年2月我院收治的支气管哮喘急性发作患者共49例,所有患者均给予院前急救,观察急救效果。结果急救后,病情好转入院治疗者45例(91.8%),4例于急救后病情未好转即刻入就近医院治疗,其中1例于途中死亡,3例(6.1%)入ICU行呼吸机辅助治疗;年龄<60岁用药后缓解率(94.6%)明显高于≥60岁患者(58.3%),对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论临床于支气管哮喘急性发作患者抢救中,采用院前急救可有效降低病死率,提升急救效率,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the pre-hospital emergency rescue of patients with acute bronchial asthma clinical application value.Methods select from February 2014 to February 2014 of our hospital,a total of 49 patients with bronchial asthma acute attack,all patients were given prehospital first aid,to observe the effect first aid.Results After the first aid,the improved hospital 45 cases(91.8%),4 cases in emergency condition did not improve after immediately into the nearby hospital for treatment,of which 1 case died on the way,3 cases(6.1%)in ICU ventilator adjuvant therapy;Aged<60 years after remission rate(94.6%)was significantly higher acuity 60 patients(58.3%),compared significant difference(P<0.05);Conclusion Clinical in bronchial asthma patients with acute onset of rescue,the pre-hospital first aid can effectively reduce the case fatality rate,improve emergency treatment efficiency,obvious effect,is worth promoting.
