延续护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生存质量的影响分析

Continuation of the Nursing Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Impact Analysis

目的:分析延续护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生存质量的影响。方法我院2013年6月~2015年6月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为两组各48例,对照组予以常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上实施延续护理,比较两组患者的生存质量评分。结果两组护理前生存质量评分的对比无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论延续护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生存质量的提高具有明显作用,因此值得临床推广和运用。

Objective To analysis the continuation of the nursing quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods From June 2013 to June 2015 were patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease all 48 cases were randomly divided into two groups,control group routine nursing care,intervention group on the basis of conventional nursing continue nursing,compared two groups of patients survival quality score.Results Two groups before treatment comparison of quality of life score no statistical difference(P>0.05);Nursing after comparing statistically difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuation of care to promote the quality of survival in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease have obvious effect,therefore is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
