内镜联合腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗胆囊结石合并胆管结石的临床疗效对比

Comparison of the Efficacy of Endoscopy Combined with Endoscopic Surgery and Traditional Open Surgery in the Treatment of Gallbladder Stones with Bile Duct Stones

目的:探讨内镜联合腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗胆囊结石合并胆管结石的临床疗效对比。方法对我院收治的60例胆囊结石合并胆管结石患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,定义传统开腹手术治疗患者30例作为对照组,内镜联合腔镜手术治疗患者30例则为观察组,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者临床指标、结石残余情况、再次行手术率对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者并发症发生情况、复发情况对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论内镜联合腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石合并胆管结石的临床疗效优于传统开腹手术,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of combined endoscopic laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery in the treatment of gallbladder calculi complicated with bile duct calculi.Methods In our hospital 60 patients with gallbladder stones with bile duct stones in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,the definition of 30 cases of traditional open surgery patients as the control group,30 cases of endoscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with is the observation group,to observe the curative effect of two groups of patients.Results Two groups patients with clinical parameters,residual stones,again,operation rate difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);two groups of patients with complications occur,recurrence of the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic combined endoscopic surgery in the treatment of gallbladder stones with bile duct stones of clinical curative effect is superior to the traditional open surgery.It is worth popularizing.
