微信群在手术室护理教学管理中的应用及效果评价

Application and Effect Evaluation of WeChat Group in the Management of Nursing Teaching in Operation Room

目的:探讨微信群在手术室实习护士、进修护士和专科护士护理教学管理中的应用效果。方法基于学习研讨模式建立3个护理教学微信群,分层选取2015年1月~2016年4月在我院手术室实习护士、进修护士和专科护士共160名为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组。其中对照组采用传统教学方式,实验组在传统教学的基础上建立微信群进行护理教学。结果试验组实习护士、进修护士和专科护士的出科理论、操作考核成绩、满意度均高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过微信群有效地协调手术室护理教学工作,是一种因需施教的新型教学模式,值得护理教育者借鉴和推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat group in the management of nursing teaching in the operation room on nursing students,advanced studying nurses and specialty nurses.Methods Establishing three WeChat groups based on nurses'teaching and learning,and hierarchically select nursing students,advanced studying nurses and specialty nurses on 2015 January to 2016 April in our hospital operating room,a total of 160 as the object of study and randomized to the control group and the experimental group.The control group are used with the traditional teaching methods,the experimental group are taught by a WeChat group on the basis of traditional teaching.Results Nurses in the experimental group do better than ones in the control study,their performance and satisfaction are higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat group by which operating room can coordinate nursing teaching and be more effective is a new educational mode for need to teach,it is worth of reference and promotion for nursing educators.
