儿科疗区潜在的感染因素分析

Potential Infection Factors in Pediatric Therapy Area

目的:通过1年发现的患儿感染症状进行分析,从而探讨在儿科住院治疗过程中的感染因素。方法回顾分析法是一种统筹性的分析方法,我院采用这种方法对2014年1月~12月收治的1137例儿科患儿进行资料分析,采用资料调查法、临床观察法研究患儿治疗过程中的感染因素。结果经过我院资料分析,手卫生不规范、操作(静脉穿刺等)不规范、环境卫生不到位、设备(湿化瓶等)消毒不及时引发的潜在感染、均会对儿科治疗造成威胁。结论感染因素对于儿科治疗患者来说具有威胁性,因此应该重视对感染因素的预防,提高患儿住院治疗过程中的安全。

Objective To analyze the symptoms of children infected by a year,so as to explore the factors of infection in the course of pediatric hospital treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis method is a kind of analysis method of co-ordination,in our hospital by this method from January 2014 to 2014 to December 1137 cases of pediatric patients for data analysis,adopt the investigation method of the data,clinical observation on the treatment of children with the infection factors.Results Through analysis of the data in our hospital,hand hygiene is not standardized,do not regulate the operation of the vein puncture,environmental sanitation is not in place,equipment(humidifying bottles)disinfection is not timely trigger the potential infection,will pose a threat with treatment of pediatric.Therefore.Conclusion The infection factors for pediatric patients with a threat,but also a serious threat to children's lives,improve the safety of hospitalized patients during hospitalization.
