摘要
目的:观察水胶体敷料治疗Ⅱ期压疮的效果。方法随机选择40例压疮患者分为2组,对照组采用生理盐水清洗后无菌纱布覆盖:观察组采用水胶体敷料及3M透明贴。结果观察组压疮好转速度明显快于对照组。结论使用水胶体敷料及3M透明贴,可以保护和促进肉芽生长,减轻换药痛苦,明显缩短治愈的时间。
Objective To observe the hydrocolloid dressing effect for the treatment ofⅡperiod of pressure ulcers.Methods Randomly selected 40 patients with pressure ulcers were divided into 2 groups,control group with saline sterile gauze to cover after cleaning:observation group USES the transparent stickers hydrocolloid dressings,and 3 m.Results Observation group pressure ulcers improved speed faster than the control group obviously.Conclusion Use transparent stickers,hydrocolloid dressings,and 3 m can protect and promote the growth of granulation,and relieve pain,significantly shorten the healing time.
