个性化护理干预对帕金森病患者生活质量的影响

The Effect of Individualized Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Patients with Parkinson's Disease

目的:探讨个性化护理干预对帕金森病患者生活质量的影响。方法将来我院治疗的PD患者分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组在住院期间给予一般的常规神经内科的护理方法进行治疗,观察组增加个性化护理的内容。结果通过个性化护理后,观察组的评分在出院的12个月内的间隔调查内质量评分与对照组存在显著性的差异,P<0.05。结论个性化护理对于提高患者的生活质量有着重要的作用。

Objective To researchthe effect of individualized nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with parkinson'sdisease.Methods Devide PD patients in our hospital into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Analysis and reclaim the two groups of patients on admission.Results There is a significant difference,P<0.05,within the study group's score in the discharge of the 12-month interval survey quality score and the control group by individualized nursing intervention.Conclusion Individualized nursing interventionplays an important role in improving the quality of patients'life and we should gradually promote application in clinical practice.
