改良后外侧小切口术与开胸手术治疗肺癌比较

Comparison of Modified Lateral Small Incision Surgery and Open Chest Surgery in the Treatment of Lung Cancer

目的:探讨改良后外侧小切口术与开胸手术治疗肺癌比较。方法将我院收治并确诊的88例肺癌患者随机分为两组,每组44例。对照组采用传统开胸手术,而试验组采用改良后外侧小切口手术。结果试验组术后并发症发生率为6.8%低于对照组18.2%,比较具有统计学差异(<0.05)。结论改良后外侧小切口术较开胸手术治疗肺癌效果显著,其具有切口小、创伤少及住院短的特点。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of improved posterolateral minimal incision and thoracotomy in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods 88 patients with lung cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases each group.The control group adopted the conventional thoracotomy;the test group adopted the improved posterolateral minimal incision.Results The incidence rate of complications for test group(6.8%)was lower than that of control group(18.2%)(<0.05).Conclusion Compared with thoracotomy,the improved posterolateral minimal incision has a better effect in the treatment of lung cancer and has small incision,minimal trauma,shorter hospitalization time,lower incidence rate of complications.
