个体化护理干预对舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗儿童哮喘的疗效观察

Individualized Nursing Intervention on the Curative Effect Observation of Sublingual Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops in the Treatment of Children with Asthma

目的 观察个体化护理干预对儿童哮喘持续舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂特异性免疫治疗的疗效.方法 将哮喘患儿82例按检查单双号分成干预组(观察组)和对照组各41例.两组患儿在接受脱敏治疗后都建立脱敏档案及讲解脱敏知识.对照组未给予任何干预措施,观察组给予定期电话回访,心理,认知,行为等指导,观察两组患儿的治疗效果.结果 观察组疗效高于对照组(<0.01),持续脱敏治疗时间观察组明显长于对照组(<0.01).结论 个体化的护理干预能显著提高哮喘患儿舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂的依从性和正确性,进而提高治疗效果.

Objective To investigate the effect of Individualized nursing Intervention on the treatment of children with asthma in the treatment of children with Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops Sublingual specific Immunotherapy.Methods The asthma 82cases according to single and double check divided into intervention group(observation group)and control group,Two groups of 41case.Patients in the two groups were treated with immunotherapy,and were awareness of knowledge about desensitization after treatment.Their desensitization documents were also established.No intervention was performed in the controls.The observation group was given regular telephone follow-up and psychological cognitive behavioral and other guidance.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed.Results The curative effect of observation group was higher than that of control group(<0.01),Continuous desensitization treatment time was significantly longer than the control group(<0.01).Conclusion Individualized nursing Intervention can significantly improve the compliance and correctness of the desensitization treatment of allergic asthma in children,and thus improve the treatment effect.
