股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折的诊疗

Diagnosis and Treatment of Femoral Shaft Fracture Combined with Ipsilateral Femoral Neck Fracture

目的:分析和了解临床实践中股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折患者具备的临床表现以及诊疗方式。方法对于2005年6月~2015年10月,24例患有股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折的患者,进行手术治疗期间的相关资料进行回顾性的统计与分析。结果19例患者股骨颈骨折一期得以愈合,3例患者股骨颈骨折未愈合,2例患者股骨头缺血性坏死。股骨干骨折患者完成愈合耗时约需8个月。所有患者治疗期间没有感染或者发生钢板和螺钉出现断裂等有关并发症。结论临床中,可在摄X片同时增加包髋关节或者骨盆的X片,或对疑似患病患者的髋关节进行CT检测,降低漏诊率。再进行手术治疗,患者满意度更佳。

Objective To analyze and understand the clinical manifestation and treatment of femoral shaft fracture combined with ipsilateral femoral neck fracture.Methods 24 patients from October 2015 to June 2005 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 19 patients with femoral neck fractures were healed,3 patients of femoral neck fracture nonunion,2 patients of femoral head avascular necrosis.About 8 months was needed to complete the healing.All patients showed no infection or other related complication during the treatment.Conclusion In clinic,the X film can be used to increase the X of the hip joint or the pelvis,or the CT test of the hip joint in patients with suspected disease,which could reduce the rate of missed diagnosis.Then the patients'satisfaction for the treatment was better.
