腰椎间盘突出患者康复过程中的评估分析

Evaluation and Analysis of the Rehabilitation Process of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探讨四种量表评分在腰椎间盘突出患者康复评估过程中的应用价值。方法选取75例腰椎间盘突出患者,分别以四种量表评定患者的心理状况、疼痛程度及功能状况。结果治疗前后,四种量表评分的差异均有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论FABQ可用于治疗前后疗效的综合性评价。

Objective To investigate the application value of four kinds of scale scores in the rehabilitation assessment of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 75 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated.The mental status,pain level and functional status of the patients were assessed with four scales.Results Before and after treatment,the difference of the four scales were statistically significant(<0.05).Conclusion FABQ can be used in the comprehensive evaluation of the treatment before and after treatment.
