督脉灸配合放血疗法治疗肌筋膜炎临床观察

Du Moxibustion Combined with Pricking Blood Therapy Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Myofascitis

目的:观察督脉灸配合放血疗法治疗肌筋膜炎临床疗效。方法将108例患者随机分为两组,治疗组51例,采用针刺督脉灸配合放血疗法;对照组57例,给予口服消炎止痛药物治疗。结果治疗组与对照组痊愈率分别为76.5%、32.5%,总有效率分别为100%、57.9%。结论治疗组与对照组比较,痊愈率和总有效率差异均有显著性意义(﹤0.05)。督脉灸配合放血疗法治疗肌筋膜炎比单纯采用消炎止痛药疗效更显著,长期效果更好。

Objective Observation on du moxibustion combined with pricking blood therapy treatment of myofascitis clinical efficacy.Methods The 108 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment of 51 patients using acupuncture on du moxibustion combined with pricking blood therapy;57 patients in the control group,treatment with oral anti-inflammatory pain medication.Results The treatment group and the control group,the recovery rate was 76.5%,32.5%,total effective rate are 100%and 57.9%respectively.Conclusion The treatment group compared with the control group,recovery rate and total efficiency differences were significant(<0.05).Conclusion:du moxibustion combined with pricking blood therapy for treatment of myofascitis of simple use of anti-inflammatory pain relievers more significant long-term effect is better.
