摘要
目的:探讨乳酸杆菌联合双唑泰栓治疗非特异性阴道炎的临床效果。方法将60例非特异性阴道炎患者按治疗方法分为实验组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组单纯接受双唑泰栓治疗,实验组接受双唑泰栓联合乳酸杆菌治疗。结果实验组总效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的86.67%(<0.05);实验组复发率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的26.67%(<0.05)。结论双唑泰栓联合乳酸杆菌治疗非特异性阴道炎,不仅能够帮助患者提高治疗有效率,而且还能够降低复发率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Lactobacillus combined with metronidazole suppository in the treatment of non-specific vaginitis.Methods The 60 cases of non specific vaginitis patients according to treatment methods are divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases),control group only received Shuangzuotai suppository in the treatment,experimental group received Shuangzuotai suppository combined with Lactobacillus treatment.Results The total efficiency of experimental group was 96.67%,significantly higher than the control group 86.67%(<0.05);the recurrence rate of experimental group was 6.67%,significantly lower than the control group 26.67%(<0.05).Conclusion Shuangzuotai suppository combined with lactic acid bacteria in the treatment of non specific vaginitis,not only to help patients to improve the treatment efficiency,but also can reduce the recurrence rate.
