三维适形放射治疗加后装放疗联合同步化疗局部晚期宫颈癌近期疗效分析

Short Term Efficacy of Three Dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy Combined with Radiotherapy Combined with Concurrent Chemotherapy for Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer

目的:探讨三维适形放射治疗(3d-CRT)加后装近距离放疗联合化疗在宫颈癌治疗中的近期疗效。方法52例局部晚期宫颈癌患者随机分为同步放化疗观察组和单纯放疗对照组,比较两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(<0.05),两组毒副反应无显著差异(>0.05)。结论同步放化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌能显著提高宫颈癌的近期疗效。

Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3d-CRT)combined with brachytherapy combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer.Methods 52 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(<0.05),there was no significant difference in toxic and side effects between the two groups(>0.05).Conclusion Concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer can significantly improve the short-term curative effect of cervical cancer.
