层级护理管理模式在外科护理管理中的应用分析

目的:研究外科护理管理中使用层级护理管理的模式的效果。方法选取我院2015年1月~2015年4月收治的患者100例,平均随机的分为两组,一组为对照组使用常规的护理方法,一组为观察组使用分层级护理。结果观察组的患者满意率达到90%,对照组的患者满意率达到60%。对照组的患者大大降低患者的痛苦。两组患者的比较具有明显的差异,具有统计学的意义。<0.05。结论在临床外科护理中使用层级护理管理模式,可以提高患者的满意率,降低患者收到的痛苦。在临床中具有显著的效果。

Objective To study the effect of nursing management in surgical nursing management.Methods 100 patients with-2015 in our hospital from January 2015 to April were randomly divided into two groups.One group was the control group using conventional nursing method,and the observation group was treated with hierarchical nursing.Results The observation group of patients satisfaction rate reached 90%,the control group of patients satisfaction rate reached 60%.Control group of patients significantly reduce the pain of patients.Compared with the two groups of patients with obvious differences,with statistical significance.<0.05.Conclusion In clinical surgery nursing management mode,can improve the patient's satisfaction rate,reduce the pain of patients received.In clinical practice.
