青霉素对尿蛋白定性检测的影响

摘要 目的:探讨青霉素对尿蛋白定性检测的影响,以做好尿液检测质控为临床医生提供可靠的检验报告。方法用干化学法、磺基水杨酸法和加热乙酸法检测一定浓度青霉素的蛋白尿。结果尿蛋白浓度0.5g/L,青霉素浓度2.0万U/ml时干化学法尿蛋白检测出现阳性减弱;青霉素浓度2.0万U/ml时,磺基水杨酸法尿蛋白检测出现假阳性;青霉素对加热乙酸法无干扰。结论青霉素会导致干化学法蛋白检测产生假阴性;磺基水杨酸法产生假阳性,对加热乙酸法无干扰。 Objective In order to perfect the general quality control of urine detection and provide reliable results;we designed an experiment to find the influence of urine protein detection on the dosage of penicillin.Methods We used three ways to make the urine detection,including dry chemistry method,urine protein,sulfosalicylic acid method and heat and acetic acid method.Results False negative result appears when urine protein concentration is 0.5 g/L;penicillin is 20000 units per milliliter with dry chemistry method,and with sulfosalicylic acid method,false positive result appears when the penicillin concentration is 20000 units per milliliter.No impact is made on heat and acetic acid method.Conclusion On some dosage of penicillin,false positive result will be made with sulfosalicylic acid method and false negative result with dry chemistry method.Heat and acetic acid method can rule out false results.
