马凡氏综合征的CT诊断

CT Diagnosis of Marfan Syndrome

目的:探讨马凡氏综合征的CT表现及诊断方法。方法回顾性分析9例马凡氏综合征的影像学资料和病例资料。结果9例患者均表现为升主动脉根部动脉瘤,其中7例合并主动脉夹层,9例均表现为脊柱侧弯畸形,6例合并骶管囊性占位。结论马凡氏综合征具有比较典型的体格特征和影像表现,综合分析不难做出诊断,并可以为临床提供手术依据。

Objective To investigate the effects of Marfan syndrome syndrome CT manifestations and diagnostic methods.Methods A retrospective analysis of 9 cases imaging data and clinical data of the image of Marfan syndrome.Results 9 patients showed for ascending aortic root aneurysms,of which 7 cases with aortic dissection,9 cases showed scoliosis deformity,6 cases combined with caudal cystic space occupying.Conclusion Marfan syndrome with typical physical characteristics and imaging findings,comprehensive analysis is not difficult to make a diagnosis,and can be to provide the basis for clinical surgery.
