摘要
目的:探讨'三明治'教学法在提升《急救医学》见习课程效果中的效果。方法分别对38例医学生进行'三明治'教学法和传统教学法。教学结束后对两组医学生进行急救医学理论知识和临床操作考核。结果实验组医学生理论考试成绩为(80±4.64)分,操作考试成绩为(90±3.14)分,均高于对照组医学生,且﹤0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论三明治教学法运用在《急救医学》见习课程中,具有较好的教学效果,有助于培养高素质的急救医学后备力量。
Objective Discuss the'Sandwiches'didactics in improving the education effects of the probation course of emergency medicine.Methods Have the lesson to the 38 students by the'Sandwiches'didactics and traditional didactics differentiate.After the course give the test about speculative knowledge and clinical operation of the emergency medicine.Results The score of the speculative knowledge of Test group is 80±4.64,while the clinical operation score is 90±3.14,which are both higher than the control group(﹤0.05),and the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion The'Sandwiches'didactics,which is used in the probation course of the emergency medicine,has the better education effects,and is helpful to the cultivation of the better doctors of emergency medicine.
