术前锥或钻颅减压救治创伤性脑疝临床效果观察

Clinical Analysis of Preoperative Cone or Cranial Drilling Decompression for Treating Traumatic Brain Hernia

目的:针对创伤性脑疝患者在术前使用锥或钻颅来降低颅内压,并探究分析其对患者的影响。方法选择48例患者作为本次观察对象,均为2011年10月~2015年10月经由本院收治的创伤性脑疝患者,以术前是否锥或钻颅减压分成两组,给予药物减压的17例患者设为对照组,锥或钻颅减压的31例患者设为试验组。结果试验组的死亡率、植物生存率与重残率均为3.23%,明显低于对照组的(29.41%),而试验组的轻残率(48.39%)与良好率(35.48%)明显高于对照组的(5.88%),其差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论术前使用锥或钻颅可以有效的降低颅内压,提高患者的预后。

Objective For traumatic brain hernia patients in the preoperative use cone or cranial drilling to reduce intracranial pressure,analyze and explore its impact on patients.Methods 48 patients were divided into two groups.Results The experimental group mortality,plant survival rate and disability rate were 3.23%,significantly lower than control group(29.41%),while the experimental group of mild disability rate(48.39%)and the rate of excellent and good(35.48%)was significantly higher than that of control group(5.88%),the difference has statistical significance(<0.05).Conclusion preoperative use of cone or drill skull can effectively reduce the intracranial pressure,improve the prognosis of patients.
