大椎穴刮痧法治疗外感发热的临床应用

Clinical Application of Dazhui Acupoint Scraping Method of Treating Exogenous Fever

目的观察大椎穴刮痧法应用于外感发热患者的退热效果。方法将80例确诊为外感发热患者随机分为对照组、观察组各40例,在原有基本治疗上,对照组给予温水擦浴辅助退热,观察组给予大椎穴刮痧法辅助退热,比较两组退热效果。结果观察组即刻退热和持续退热效果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论大椎穴刮痧法对外感发热患者退热效果显著,安全,操作简便,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Dazhui acupoint scraping treatment of exogenous fever patients.Methods 80 cases with exogenous fever patients were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases),in the conventional treatment based on,the control group was treated with warm water sponge bath,the treatment group given Dazhui acupoint scraping.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%,and the control group was 72.5%,the difference was significant(<0.05).Conclusion Dazhui acupoint scraping antipyretic effect is better than warm water sponge bath,safety,easy to operate,is worthy of clinical used.
