摘要
目的了解成都市食品、公共场所从业人员健康状况及影响因素,为食品卫生监督管理提供参考依据。方法对2015年成都市疾控中心、金堂县疾控中心健康体检的食品、公共场所从业人员30112名进行检测,以明确有无痢疾、伤寒、甲肝、戊肝、活动性肺结核、渗出性或化脓性皮肤病以及其他有碍食品卫生的疾病,并对检查结果进行分析。结果全年健康体检的食品、公共卫生从业人员中,甲肝、戊肝抗体阳性检出率0.36译,肠道致病菌检出率0.033译,与2010年及2002相比较阳性率明显降低。活动性肺结核检出率0.36译,比2002年有了明显升高,两者经检验,<0.01,差别具有统计学意义。结论目前成都市从业人员健康体检除活动性肺结核检出率较以往有了明显上升外,其余疾病的检出率与以往相比较都有明显下降,肠道致病菌检出率极低。从业人员传染病监测、预防、控制工作仍需进一步加强。
Objective To find out the health status of service-providers in food industry and public areas in Chengdu,thus further to provide with references and data for supervision of food industry.Methods Sampling from 30112 service-providers in 2015,those tests confirm whether those service-providers suffer from such diseases that will affect the food safety.Furthermore an analysis has done on all test results.Results Among all those samples,positive antibody of Hepatitis A and E is found to be 0.36‰,enteric pathogenic bacteria 0.033‰.Compared to results in 2010 and 2002,there is an obvious lowing as per positive antibody.Furthermore,active tuberculosis is 0.36‰,which shows an obvious rise compared to results in 2002.Tested with,﹤0.01,such difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Except for active tuberculosis is found to rise,other kind of diseases is found to lower compared to past years,particularly the enteric pathogenic bacteria is found to be extremely low.Tests show there is an extreme effects on disease control for service-providers.However,it is necessary to continue to enhance supervision and control,to improve relevant law and regulations.
