摘要
分析护理不良事件的根本原因,提高护理质量与安全。对我院2013年~2014年6月的护理不良事件41例进行原因分析,并提出相应整改措施。护理不良事件的根本原因是核心制度执行不到位、责任心不强、护患沟通不到位、安全及疾病相关指导不到位、巡视及主动服务不到位。
To analyze the root causes of nursing adverse events,improve nursing quality and safety.For analysis of adverse nursing events in our hospital from 2013 to 2014 June 41 cases of reason,and put forward the corresponding improvement measures.The fundamental reason for the nursing adverse events is the core of system implementation is not in place,responsibility heart is not strong,the nurse patient communication is not in place,security and disease related guidance is not in place,inspection and service is not in place.
