小儿肺炎呼吸道病毒检测临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Detection of Respiratory Viruses in Children with Pneumonia

目的:探讨小儿肺炎呼吸道病毒检测临床分析,寻找诊断小儿肺炎的有效方法。方法本文选取2013年3月~2014年3月门诊的62例小儿肺炎患者,采用碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶桥联酶标法(APKAP法)进进行诊断。结果通过对本组62例小儿肺炎患者的检查结果得知:①副流感病毒的检出率明显高②其他类型的病毒;②两种性别的阳性检出率相比,无统计学差距。结论准确了解小儿肺炎的检测结果,有利②提高患者的治疗信心和治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical detection of respiratory viruses in children with pneumonia,and find ef ective methods for diagnosis of pediatric pneumonia.62 cases with infant pneumonia patients from 2013 March to 2014 in March during an outpatient clinic,using alkaline phosphatase anti alkaline phosphatase method(APKAP method)in the diagnosis of.Results Through the group of 62 cases of children with pneumonia patients examination.Results①The detection of parainfluenza virus was significantly higher than that in other types of virus;②Two kinds of sex positive detection rate compared with no statistical dif erence.Conclusion The detection results of pediatric pneumonia accurate understanding,is helpful to improve the treatment of confidence and treatment ef ect of patients.
