骨折合并精神病患者的临床护理策略

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Intervention in Psychiatric Patients with Fracture

目的:探讨护理干预对骨折合并精神病患者治疗效果的影响。方法回顾性分析16例精神病患者,分为三组,护理完全依从10例,部分依从4例,不依从2例,比较丹组患者的治疗效果。结果完全依从患者治疗效果明显优于不依从组。结论护理干预可提高骨折合并精神病患者的治疗效果,有必要采取措施提高患者的护理依从性。

Objective Discussing the ef ect of nursing intervention on the treatment of psychiatric patients with fracture.Methods Observing the clinical ef ect between the 26 psychiatric patients with fracture who had been accepted the treatment during the 2011 to 2014.Al of them divided into 3 groups,ful compliance 10,Part of the compliance 4,Non-compliance 2.Results Ful y compliance patients is more bet er than non-compliance group.Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the ef ect of psychiatric patients with fracture,it is necessary to take measures to improve patient care compliance.
