Nursing Experience of ABO Hemolytic Disease of the Newborn

目的:研究新生儿的早期静脉丙种球蛋白联合间歇光疗治疗新生儿ABO溶血病的护理。方法对49例新生儿ABO溶血病患者随机分为两组,A组观察组25例,早期静脉注射丙种球蛋白联合间歇光疗,B组24例,对照组只接受间歇光疗。治疗后血清胆红素的交界处的临界值在A组低于B组(P<0.05)72h,A组皮肤黄疸住院时间,明显低于B组(P<0.05)。结论丙种球蛋白联合新生儿ABO溶血疗法,可迅速降低血清胆红素水平,缩短病程。

Objective To study the nursing of ABO hemolytic disease of the newborn early intravenous gamma globulin combined with intermit ent phototherapy treatment.Methods 49 cases of neonatal ABO hemolytic disease were randomly divided into two groups,A group of 25 cases of the observation group,the early intravenous gamma globulin combined with intermit ent phototherapy,B group of 24 cases as control group only received intermit ent phototherapy.Junction critical treatment serum bilirubin values after 72 h lower in A group than in B group(<0.05),A group interest son skin jaundice duration of hospitalization time,significantly lower than those in B group(<0.05).Conclusion Gamma globulin combined with phototherapy for neonatal ABO hemolytic,can rapidly reduce serum bilirubin,shorten the course of disease.The key points of nursing is a nursing.Nursing,phototherapy injection of gamma globulin in the preparation,observation and nursing of phototherapy,phototherapy after.
