摘要
目的:探讨儿童传染性单核细胞增多症的护理。方法对63例传染性单核细胞增多,密切观察与护理,及时评价。结果62例治愈,1例多脏器衰竭和死亡。结论传染性单核细胞增多症病变累及全身各系统,条件是复杂的。临床表现多样,易发生多器官功能损害和危及生命的关键,有效的护理措施。
Objective To explore the nursing care of children with infectious mononucleosis.Methods 63 cases with infectious mononucleosis,close observation and nursing,timely evaluation.Results 62 cases were cured,1 cases with multiple organ failure and death.Conclusion The infectious mononucleosis lesions involving the whole body system,the condition is complex.A variety of clinical manifestations,prone to multiple organ function damage and endanger life,critical ef ective nursing measures.
