冠心病患者血清sCD40L水平的变化及其临床意义

摘要 目的:对比血清sCD40L水平在稳定型心绞痛组、不稳定型心绞痛组、急性心肌梗死组和对照组之间的差异,探讨sCD40L在冠心病诊断中的价值。结果冠心病患者sCD40L水平[急性心肌梗死组和不稳定心绞痛组分别为(785.42),(833.85)ng/ml]显著高于稳定性冠心病组[(711.83)ng/ml,<0.05]和正常对照组[(608.52)ng/ml,<0.05],而在稳定性冠心病组和对照组间差异无显著性;sCD40L水平与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈负相关。结论冠心病患者外周血sCD40L水平明显升高,这可能与冠心病的发生有关,且可作为动脉粥样硬化斑块不稳定的一个标志。 ACS患者sCD40L水平明显升高。提示炎症反应在冠脉粥样斑块破裂中发挥着重要作用。
