螺旋CT在颌面部外伤诊断中的应用

Application of Spiral CT in Diagnosis of Maxillofacial Trauma

目的:研究螺旋CT在颌面部外伤诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院收治的60例颌面部外伤患者的CT扫描数据,分别比较不同层厚和相同层厚后处理前后之间的诊断意义。结果60例患者在3mm和6mm两种层厚中,3mm发现的骨折线数量显著高于6mm,=5.288,<0.05,比较有显著差异性,有统计学意义。结论螺旋CT处理后提高了诊断的质量,能多方位地显示骨折部位、范围、移位、旋转、骨缺损范围等情况,对临床参考意义更大,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the application value of spiral CT in diagnosis ofmaxil ofacial trauma.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital 60 cases ofpatients with maxil ofacial trauma CT scan data,respectively,comparison of dif erent diagnostic significance between before and after treatment of layer thickness and the same thickness after.Results The 60 patients in the 3mmand the 6mm two kind of thickness,the number of 3mm found in the fracture linewas significantly higher than that of 6mm,X2=5.288,P'0.05,there was significant dif erence between sex,there was statistical significance.Conclusion Spiral CT enhanced the quality of diagnosis,multi angle display fracture location,range,shift,rotation,bone defect area and so on,more for clinical reference meaning,it has high value in clinical application.
