后路椎间植骨融合术治疗盘源性腰痛的疗效分析

Discogenic Low Back Pain Treaded with Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion and Vertebral Pedicle Screw Fixation

目的:探讨腰椎间盘源性下腰痛的治疗腰椎后路椎体间融合的临床效果。方法18例确诊的腰椎间盘源性下腰痛患者后路椎间盘切除椎间融合笼钉棒系统固定治疗,采用JOA评分系统及椎间植骨融合率的临床疗效。结果18例均获得随访,随访1~2年,术前疼痛消失。结论在椎间盘源性腰痛的满意的治疗腰椎融合的临床疗效。

Objective To explore the curative ef ect of discogenic low back pain treated with posterior lumbar interbody fusion(PLIF)and vertebra1 pedicle screw fixation.Methods 18 patients with lumbar discogenic low back pain were treated with disc excision.lumbar interbody fusion and vertebra1 pedicle screw fixation.The clinica1 results were evaluated by pre-operative and post-operative JOA grade,Laparoseopic partialnephreetomy for hilar tumors:technique and results and the fusion rates were evaluated by X-ray.aparoscopie partial nephrectomy.Results The average period of fol ow up was 18 months,ranging from12~24 months.the low back pain were obvious remission after operation.Conlusion Disc excision combined with interbody fusion is an ef ective method for the treatment of lumbar discogenic low back pain.
