摘要
目的:观察胰激肽原酶对2型糖尿病肾病的疗效和作用。方法对2型糖尿病肾病患者100例,40 U,1次/d,治疗8w。每周观察24h尿白蛋白排泄量(UAER)。结果治疗4w后由治疗前的(182.5±85.6)mg/24h减少到(112.6±35.4) mg/24h (P<0.05),而且随治疗时间延长UAER减少愈明显,第5w已降至(55.4±25.4) mg/24h(P<0.05)。结论胰激肽原酶治疗一定的疗程才对糖尿病肾病有比较好的疗效作用。
Objective To observe the ef ects of pancreatic kininogenase ef icacy and ef ect on type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods 100 cases of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy in 40 U,1 times/day,for 8 weeks.Weekly observation of 24h urinary albumin excretion(UAER).Results After 4 weeks treatment by before treatment(182.5±85.6)mg/24 h was reduced to(112.6±35.4)mg/24 h(<0.05),fifth weeks has been reduced to(55.4±25.4)mg/24 h(<0105).Conclusion Pancreatic kininogenase for treating certain treatment had bet er curative ef ect on diabetic nephropathy.
