心理教育支持对宫颈癌患者负性情绪的影响

摘要 目的:探讨心理教育支持对宫颈癌患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取在我科行宫颈癌根治术的120例患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各60例,对照组接受常规护理,实验组在此基础上实施心理教育支持,分别在患者入院时和出院时进行焦虑、抑郁评价。结果干预后实验组患者焦虑、抑郁总体优于对照组,具有统计学意义(掖0.01)。结论心理教育支持可显著改善宫颈癌患者焦虑、抑郁等心理状态,有利于患者的身心康复,从而提高生活质量。 Objective To explore the ef ects of psychological education on the anxiety and depression of patients with cervical cancer.Methods Selection in my line of 120 cases of patients with cervical cancer radical,were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group(n=60)and control group accepted routine nursing,the experimental group on the basis of the implementation of psychological education support,respectively in patients on admission and discharge for anxiety,depression,assessment.Results After intervention,the patients in the test group were bet er than those in the control group in terms of anxiety and depression,which is of statistical significance(<0.01).Conclusion Psychological education support can significantly improve anxiety,depression and other psychological states in patients with cervical cancer,and is beneficial to their physical and mental rehabilitation,thus improving their quality of life.
